STEP 1 - SEND US THE CASE
Timeframe: Day 1 - 3
Simply send us the information of a case by email.*
From here, we look at the claim and its evidence and provide you with a free, no obligation, Medical Review.
In this, our doctors review the case and present a clinical overview of the evidence and recommend the best strategy to help you mitigate the case at a fixed price.
Recommendations will be one of the following:

STEP 2 - OUR DOCTORS ARE ON THE CASE
Timeframe: Day 3 - 7 (from authorisation).
If the evidence is unreliable and we have recommended we can help, upon authorisation from you, we produce a formal Case Report. This gives you:

An objective, medical analysis of the case.

Clinical questions to challenge the claimant's experts' opinions.

Clinical wording of the medical facts to support our findings and support an alternative settlement offer.
This report takes a maximum of 7 days to complete once we have received authorisation from you.

STEP 3 - THE END PRODUCT
Timeframe: Day 7 - 10
Once the Case Report is complete, we provide you with the Case Report and a Draft Settlement Letter that provides you with precise and clinical wording for you to use and adapt as you see fit.
From here, our work is done and your settlement costs are significantly reduced.
